Stenciling Skin! Using a stencil to create a design on your body is really easy. Whether you are into body painting or playing with fun, new looks for makeup, stenciling the skin can result in some major effects. Follow these steps to create a cool new look.
Step one is always PRIMING. Prime the skin with Primer or base. I used a clear primer in this demo.
I rubbed it over the area I want to stencil for the demo and let it dry.
Place the stencil and fill in with body makeup, this one is a creme that is water activated. I used a cosmetic sponge to apply it. Dab it on and build up layers. Doing your face will be easier than how I am doing it here as you can hold it in place with one hand, apply the makeup with the other. My arm being the canvas didn’t allow it to be free to use!
Alternatively, you can use powder pigments like this eye shadow palette and a soft brush.
Reveal by lifting the stencil carefully.
Hi. To make it last, set with setting spray and now you are done.
