It’s not a Halloween party without spooky decor! Learn how to make this pennant banner from scratch and bring in the Halloween vibe.
Start off by cutting long triangle pieces from black and orange card stock or construction paper.
Find the Halloween stencil of your choice, like the Stencil1 Bat stencil, and place it on the triangle piece. With a makeup sponge and a stamp pad, pick up some ink and dab over the stencil.
Once all the pieces are finally painted and dry, punch one hole on each corner of the upper edge of the triangle. Feed a string or cord through the holes and hang wherever you’d like!
